1955 Cadillac Series 62 Formal Sedan
Supplied in August 1955 to Paul F. Heymann, President of the Ohio Plate Glass Company, Toledo Ohio. The car was a present to his wife Katheryn and was shipped to Florida for her use whilst taking holidays to play at the Everglades Golf and Country Club (her membership sticker is still present in the windshield). The family Chauffeur was flown down on each holiday occasion to drive Mrs. Heymann around. After some years of this limited use the car was shipped back to Toledo and in 1981 was sold to a Mr.Dennis Landis. The '55 was put into storage with the intention of restoring her and indeed, some restoration work was begun, however, intervening projects kept delaying the undertaking and thus we purchased the car from Dennis in 2007 and have completed a full and loving restoration.
